Steel City NDT was very responsive and knowledgeable when it came to our testing needs. While it took their competitors time to even respond to us, Steel City NDT was walking us through the entire inspection process and got the job done as soon as we needed them. Their reports were sent over the same day as the inspection which included detailed information on their equipment and clear photos of the inspection taking place.
The Steel City team does incredible work. On a recent project, they did a great job accommodating a shifting timeline to ensure I hit my customer's targets. I highly recommend Eric and the Steel City NDT team for any nondestructive testing and inspection.
Great service. They were able to track down an old Hardness Tester that our customer requested when no one else could find it. Would highly recommend.
