Steel City Hardwood is the first company of several that I called to follow up on a minor service call. Nathan came to evaluate the job at the appointed time and gave me an estimate on the needed repairs. He was able to get his hardwood technician out the same day! After the job was completed, Nathan called to not only confirm my satisfaction, but he also reduced the repair cost! Steel City Hardwood will be getting all of my flooring business from now on.
This crew was on top of it!! Showed up on time, explained the process and options, then did the work. Very happy with the finished product, and all of the people we dealt with were awesome. Thanks guys!
