Still still Steel Dental in ********* have the worst receptionists whatever they are that signed you in they are very very racist. They do not listen to anything you have to say if you cant get your point crossed Im calling the police their favor saying Im calling the police and I have seen the police up there twice because of patients that dont understand because theyre always double booking. Worst dental practice ever. Told I need 3 teeth pulled. Scheduled appt with oral surgery told i wasnt eligible to be put under but would be prescribed med for anxiety. Day before surgery i called aboit meds told surgery was being canceled as dr wants to put me under. Went to another dentist 2 teeth can be saved. Steel city dentist has no customer service as the receptionist was rude vulger and hung up on me

If I could give then a negative number I would. The last straw was an appointment for my children was the third reschedule of an appointment was canceled via text. If you can obtain an appointment the wait time is minium an hour past the time scheduled. We also utilized this office for orthodontistry and that was even more difficult to schedule. My daughter's appointment was set for April and after over 4 phone calls and an attempt to use their online platform, the appt. was finally set for the end of August. I was unaware t... read more

The office was extremely dirty and did not seem to follow anything that had to do with sanitation. Drs touched instruments with out gloves. Touches her dentures and mouth without gloves. Just not up to cleanliness that I would expect
