Customers beware! This salon provided me with an detailed estimate over the phone and then doubled the amount once I arrived for my appointment. They had also told me all new clients get 15% off their first service. Once I arrived, they said it only applies to a "haircut" and not color services. I highly recommend Jose. I have been to see him several times and he’s a real pro and has helped my hair so much. I constantly get compliments on my hair now. I have fine, naturally curly, multi textured hair and Jose really knows and understands curly hair. He works with me, has suggestions and recommendations which I appreciate and he takes his time. He’s the best.
Always a great experience at Steel Beauty! Linda is an expert at color and I am so happy with my hair style. Atmosphere is warm, welcoming and upscale.
Jose' gave my daughter not only the best curly cut of her life but also the biggest self esteem boost too! Everyone from the owner to the front desk was above and beyond. Thank you all for a wonderful experience and conversation. Couldn't recommend them more.
