Ok, buckle up: The ladies in the office are very nice to begin with, and they will keep that pleasant tone, even while they screw you out of money and double charge you. I rented from them for just shy of three years. During that time we went without a dishwasher for over half that time, and without a garbage disposal for about 9 months. They will charge you for maintenance inspections $35 to come in, look around and fix NOTHING.
