I typically don’t do reviews.. but I feel I NEED to! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hughes for awhile now and I suffer from HS, after being referred to 2 different dermatologist on 3 occasions with NOTHING being done to help my symptoms, I broke down. I went to see Dr Hughes, started crying, n told him my feelings, n I just wanted relief! He immediately LISTENED to me, and HEARD me! Something the dermatologist was NOT doing! My son has had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr Hughes. However, he and then I had a horrid experience with his receptionist. She refused to take his request of release of medical records so he can start CDL classes. Very unprofessional and downright rude! Hopefully, Dr Hughes can address this so no one else is impacted by her uncaring approach to medical care.
He was my son's Rodney's physican. He really listens and is so kind.
