Wow Mrs. Kim. I just read your message but I have known Mrs.Mistie for a very long time; she Is Kind, Professional and a Trustful Person. I am surprised with all those accusations toward her. I just can not believe you at all. I had a very great experience with her….:.She is just a lovely person.

I am a provider at this agency and Mrs Mistie. R has been my supervisor for 8,5 years. I never had any issues with her, she is very professional and understanding. I’ve had a patient under my care for eight years until she passed and Mrs Mistie has referred me to another patient who has Mrs Kim.B as a daughter; usually, I don’t bathe males and when I knew that I will not have to do that, I accepted the job. I have had two bad experiences with this company. 1. The first worker lied that she got sick from my dad who was NOT sick with a cold. Everytime I asked her to do something then it was a problem and she wasnt there. I was told employee had been with company for a long time and they believed what she was saying. I have cameras in my house and was happy to share as I knew the provider lied on my elderly father. The provider played the im sick with a cold card for two weeks and I was told they were looking for another provider.... read more
