Very uneducated about realestate.
It was great to work with Kevin. When I needed a reliance letter on a Friday night, on the eve of his vacation, he took time to accommodate so the deal could continue before his trip. He is much appreciated.
Stay far far away from this appraiser. He has a class 1 personally of a dochebag, will not follow instructions and will do as he feels. Your not going to get what you pay for nor will he do a proper inspection. He'll ask in advance what you paid to make his life easy and may not even show up. In the end he cost me 60k and the house deal fell through due to his incompetence.
