I have been with this insurance provider for the past 10 years, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The front desk staff are always helpful and ready to assist. While I did find the insurance a bit more expensive, when I needed coverage for a rental property, the claims process was smooth and everything was covered without any hassle. Highly recommend for their excellent service and support!
I find Steck Cooper and company to be the independent agency that I wished I had had all of my adult life. These folks are professional, personable, competent and caring.
