Great Management! Know how to treat the Mortgage Loan Originators! Because they were both ones themselves! And how they truly manage. Not in competition with their own staff. Like so many competitors! Nor, do they want their staff to Kiss their Rears, Like so many competitor managers. Truly Glad we (Nick & I) are with them (Todd & Daniel)! And I am still saying that after 2 years with them :) !
