Thursday morning our water heater went out. Googled "plumbers" in Ottawa, KS and called the first 5 businesses that popped up. One who didn't identify themselves texted me that they on a job but would get back with me that evening. But Steanson's was the only one who actually called back. Told them thought I needed a new heating element. I was quoted $65/hr which included their trip charge.
