I wish I could say I was happy with my carpet and rug. I know my light colored throw rug was very dirty but the guy guy proceeded to clean it as if it was cleaning ok but after he left and when it dried parts were still very dirty and very wet and maybe because it was so dirty but he didn;t say a word charged almost $200 just like it was a job well done. I have cleaned it another time and it does look better since I cleaned it but where he cleaned in my MB on one side of the bed it all flat and hard like it had too much w... read more
