Got me in within a week. Less expensive than competition. Provided black light video evidence prior to treatment. Got navy blue paint out of carpet. Whole place looks and smells phenomenal!
We had SteamPro out to do a full carpet clean with an emphasis on spot stains. I would give Andy’s team 5-stars for responsiveness and doing a generally good job of cleaning the carpets. I give 1 star for the fact that the majority of spot stains we wanted out, didn’t come out. We also didn’t hear back after an attempt to follow up with our dissatisfaction. We've used this company for over a decade and plan to continue. Andy does an excellent job, on time, and courteous. Carpeting and grout always looks great!
