We had SteamPro out to do a full carpet clean with an emphasis on spot stains. I would give Andy’s team 5-stars for responsiveness and doing a generally good job of cleaning the carpets. I give 1 star for the fact that the majority of spot stains we wanted out, didn’t come out. We also didn’t hear back after an attempt to follow up with our dissatisfaction.
