Steam Line just did a FANTASTIC job on our carpets - new puppy spots and smell are GONE. Having them back just before Thanksgiving. Alex is a true professional who really takes pride in his job. Excelllent!
We have a Great Dane with Addison's, if that wasn't bad enough one of the fun side effects is diarrhea. Nothing like waking up to two huge spots of well, crap.. We tried all the commercial products we could think of, nature select ADVANCED pet stain remover (waste of money) and various carpet cleaner's/ home remedies. We called SteamLine the summer of 2015 to stretch our carpet & they did an amazing job. After the stretching out the carpet we ask if he had time to steam clean the carpet which he did & the carpet looked & smelled wonderful. I called him earlier this week to have our sectional couch clean & once again they did a great job. Prompt (early actually), efficient, and friendly. And they did a great job, even getting up a rust stain I wasn't sure would come out.
Alex cleaned a hall and large living room and stretched the carpet there as well, excellent, efficient work. Helped with some big furniture, caused minimal disruption, and was friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

I had this company come out and clean my carpets. They did a fabulous job and were reasonably priced! After using several other companies, carpet stains came back after a couple of days. It has been a month and still no stains. Definitely will continue to use them!!! Thanks for a wonderful service.
