Excellent food ...had the lobster and crab sandwich..crab legs and fried clams...yummy....ate outside overlooking the sound..great place...look forward to going again...

I just ran into my first idjit at Steamers in North Carolina. He told us to take the dog out, I calmly explained that he's a service dog. He said he didn't care. Mom told him the law says he's not allowed to technically ask about what Thor does. We got a smartass 'I can do what I want'. Mom and I left. Mom went back and showed him Thor's card, which states by FEDERAL LAW that he can go anywhere I can go. He said he didn't know Thor is a service dog. Awesome shrimp and everything else is great.
We make sure that we stop at Steamers for lunch while vacationing at the obx. Their food is always fresh and delicious. Their fish sandwich and coleslaw are my favorite!!
What a delight - during our vacation in Corolla, Outer Banks. Chef Chris and Maria came to the house and made the most amazing seafood, and chicken, feast! The steamer pots were so good. The scallops were awesome and the cheesecake was amazing! I will do this any time I return. Great experience!
I worked at Steamers 10 yrs ago and the food is still so good and consistently tastes the same yr after yr. I love that big guy who steams and the lady who makes all the desserts and soups!;)
Held a week-long celebration for Friends of a Certain Age...a Steamers chef and a great dinner kicked off this momentous event!
