First off, let me start with customer service side of things, these guys are awesome! Raymond was professional, highly knowledgeable and very understanding of my situation and how to go about remedying it. Steamer Pros did an amazing job on my tile floors. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Ray and Carlos arrived and set up neatly and efficiently, and spent more time on our hall carpet than any other previous cleaners had done. Ray gave us a complete explanation of what results we could expect on our older, soiled carpet. We are happy with the very nice results and would use them again and recommend the service to our neighbors and friends.

Sandra and Raymond are an amazing couple who put in a on all of their work. They did an amazing job on our carpets and kitchen tiles.
