Debbie and front desk are rude and unprofessional. They refuse to help their patient. They seem to work for the insurance. Don’t waste your time here. Update: I just spoke to De. Welch himself and he confirmed that he only listens to what the adjusters advises. This is a shame and a disgrace the any patient seen by him. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for years. Everyone goes above and beyond to help. The doctors never rush your appointments and truly want to spend the time necessary to help solve your problem. Debbie is truly one of the best parts of every visit. She’s warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful—always going the extra mile to answer questions, help navigate insurance, and make sure things run smoothly. Wonderful office and staff who are always ready to step in to assist. Dr’s Iversen and Welch form a great team with Julie Kinkler as an outstanding NP. Debbie Zabel runs the office and truly brings it all together with her knowledge base and compassion with patients. Highly recommend SSFM!!
Our primary provider is Hanna. She is best described as Compassionate, Competent and Caring. I have gotten in the same day as I called. I have been given the time that both me and my provider needed to provide a robust discussion about my issues. They have provided me a seamless process for managing my insurance. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Love this practice. Visits are not rushed and practitioners respond quickly to any urgent issues. This feels more like a family than a doctor’s office. Hannah is very thorough in her visits and shows great concern for my entire well being.
