Attempt to get me for 15K repair when issue was a $100 airfilter. I took my diesel truck in for a diagnosis for a lag in the Turbo and was told I had gas in the diesel system and it was 15k to fix. Since I was traveling from Florida i assume I was an easy target for a rip off. I told them not to mess with it, drove back to FL a week later and my local diesel mechanic found the power loss to just be replacing the air filter since the Turbo was starving for air. Nice try.

Fantastic customer service with incredible integrity! I brought my Grand Cherokee in with a squeak in the back wheel. It turns out that the wheel was not properly tightened after they changed over my winter to summer tires. My Service Consultant, Ken Hames, did not hesitate to make everything right.
