Ordered tips/fries and brisket sandwich; eating light: wanted sampling. Enjoyable BBQ eating experience. House sauce on tips worked nicely w/Hickory bark. Brisket just right; Butler's Tribute Sauce on the table gave a nice sweet complement. Can't wait to meet our local friends here for a slab. Recommend; job well done.

Best BBQ in Northern Illinois, hands down. We go once or twice a month and have tried everything on the menu. I am VERY picky with brisket (certified judge) and they have never once disappointed me. The staff is friendly and the food is perfect. My 4-year-old daughter constantly asks us to take her to Steamboat for their ribs & baked beans. They'll tell you about BBQ and sauces and ALWAYS do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Thank you Steamboat - much love!!

There's not a single thing I have had here that has even been mediocre. Everything is mouth watering delicious. Best bbq place around.
