Mark. Please contact me. We can't continue having billing issues every single week. Your office team is absolutely horrible at everything they do. EVERYTHING. They have no professionalism, they don't care about anything, and worst of all they scream and yell at each other about not having time to help anyone. If your employees don't have time to do their job, what are they spending all their time doing? You take A TON of money from our condo association every month and don't do anything helpful for us.
The absolute worst management company. Had a toilet leak and the maintenance man came and knocked on my door two separate times telling me "not to worry about it". TWO months later they came to fix the flange, a part I could fix myself and cost $90 or even outsource someone else to fix, and then proceeded to write ME the check THREE MONTHS LATER without what they actually fixed for $1,900!!!
