Horrible businessman. Okalani did restoration work for me. He misrepresented the work in the insurance quote- charged to “remove wet carpet” when my entire home is hardwood, he never replaced the floorboard which was in the quote. They damaged vent tubing and didn’t bring it to my attention. He threw away 3 month old “new “ faucets/fixtures/ toilet which i wanted to re-use ( all along never communicating with me) They would not show up or one night showed up 4 hours late & worked till i had to kick him out at 9:00 PM. LIARS, CHEATERS, STEALERS......HORRIBLE WORK! Watch out for Okalani Steamatic in Oceanside, he's a liar, cheater, stealer. He will defraud your insurance company, rip apart your home, then abandon the project!!!
These guys did a great job on my carpets and the rates are reasonable too. Ask about their current discounts or specials.
