THE BEST! I worked with Steamatic to have them come clean the carpets in the college I work at. They did an AMAZING job! They were super patient with the time it takes to process a contract, they stayed in contact until I could finally move forward with their services. The crew that showed up to do the work were respectful, clean, took great care of our furniture and things, and really just did an outstanding job. Donna, the person I spoke with when I booked my appointment went out of her way to make sure my experience was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for their service and friendship!! I’m 75 and probably want need their service again, but they are the very best!!!!
Had my carpets cleaned recently and I was very impressed with the results. Edgar was the service tech, he was very professional, prompt and all business.
If you are a vendor, do not sell to Steamatic or Lis Chambers. They don't pay there bills. Installed countertops for them 2 years ago and still haven't received payment. Won't answer phone calls or emails.
