I recently received a notice in the mail from Steamatic of Arkansas, P O Box 192032, Little Rock, AR 72219 @ Phone#************ stating it was time again for me to call them for a carpet cleaning. I called a month in advance on 5/2/2017 for a 6/1/2017 appointment. I spoke to Jennifer who stated they were already booked up for that day. A month in advance??? Really???
