Les délais ont été beaucoup trop longs : un travail qui devait être fait en trois jours a pris des mois, avec plusieurs rendez-vous non respectés. Ils m'ont causé des dommages et j'en garde un goût amer. Une expérience très désagréable avec l'administration, qui a manqué de professionnalisme. J'ai eu des sinistres et cette compagnie pour nous fut de loin les pires. Les ouvriers, eux, étaient polis, mais cela n’a pas suffi à compenser le stress et la frustration. J'espère ne plus JAMAIS faire affaire avec eux.
Facturer plus de 850$ pour un travail de 30 minutes afin de colmater la toiture, c'est de l'abus.
I'm SO impressed with this company, especially because of the amazing team that's presently helping me through some water damage : Stephanie and Pino...2 super kind, patient, understanding, good-natured, helpful, humorous...my list of positive traits goes on!
