Délais importants, manque de transparence et informations contradictoires tout au long du dossier. Malgré une demande d’annulation confirmée et un engagement écrit de remboursement, le montant de la franchise encaissé n’a toujours pas été retourné. Entreprise peu fiable, manque de professionnalisme et de suivi. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise...
I had a really great experience with Steamatic. The team was professional, respectful, and easy to talk to from the start. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident in their work. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job. I’d definitely recommend them.
The head office is very open to answering my questions about their policy’s and deals with insurances company. Thank you for your transparency
