Highly recommend Jim! He is booked out weeks for a reason - He came to do general cleaning of my stair runner and for a black coffee stain in my office. I did not think he'd be able to get it out but he's a magician!! He's also just an overall nice guy and you can tell he cares about what he does. Thank you again, Jim!

Jim was a very hard worker who performed a veritable miracle on a giant old coffee stain that another company did nothing for. My carpet looks like new. I would highly recommend his company to anyone.
James did an excellent job! My carpets were terrible. I have 2 dogs and 2 kids with many stains. The carpets looked like new when he was done. I am so pleased!
