Ben and Tori were professional, on time and did an amazing job! Our pet had a at 4 am. It was traumatic for us lol and steam vac services made it all better! They were able to get out in a timely manner and disinfect the whole area. My carpets look amazing and the smell is gone. Thankful for their prompt response and professionalism! Someone explain to me why a rug in a room doesn’t get the same price as a room of wall-to-wall carpet. Was hoping to get the three room rate for a small rug I have in my living room +2 bedrooms but they say the rug in my living room doesn’t qualify, totally mystified by this.

Numerous reasons, I'll do my best to attempt to explain. There are so many different types of area rugs in different homes - some are 20 dollar rugs, some are 70,000 rugs handmade from rare natural fibers. Wall to wall carpeting is tacked down, typically with padding underneath - area rugs can be on wood floors, tile floors, carpet, and are, in general, more difficult to clean than wall to wall carpet (and pose other potential liabilities such as trapping moisture underneath the area rug, overspray on wood floors etc). The service was fast, the guys were friendly and professional and it was for a reasonable price. I couldn't believe that they could take even nail polish out of my carpet! They did an AMAZING job!
