Great guy. Very friendly. Good work. Carpet looks a lot better. I mainly was hoping we could get rid of the cat urine odor. It helped a ton, still smell it a little. But I had a pretty bad spot of it. Gave me some pointers on how to try to get rid of it completely. Overall awesome work.

I was very Happy with Steam 2 the Extreme. They came out to my house on a days notice to get my carpets cleaned. I highly recommend them and will defiantly use them again.
Professional service, called ahead of time and came earlier then expected which was great! I had my kitchen tile/grout cleaned and sealed. It looks like brand new tile just layed down. Absolutely love it! Recommend this company to EVERYONE!

I called Steam 2 the Extreme a cple days ago and they were excellent...I have a big 3 bedroom apt and i moved in last August. Carpets were very dirty being my gkids are always visting...They were dirty...He did his job and picked up spots i didnt think would come off..I will continue to use them and keep my carpet soooooo clean..Thank U Renee for a job well done....JoAnn
