I'm overjoyed! Big, muddy paw prints that I wasn't expecting to see have vanished. My cream-colored carpet appears to be brand new. We have used them at our home and rental properties for many years and have never been disappointed. The office staff, technicians, and equipment are always of the highest calibre.
