Adequate service, bad attitude I have had Steam Pro come out in the past and received good service at a competative rate. However, I will not be paying them to come back into my home again after today. The technician did an adequate job cleaning the carpets but made several snide comments about the fact that I was present while he was cleaning the bedroom carpets.
