I was there for my birthday. And we brought 23+ people there with a reservation and it was by far the worst service I have ever had. The food was not good as well. $14 for Korean style ribs that are nothing but fat. The two servers hardly came around to ask if we needed drinks or anything. It took over 45 minutes for us to get our checks and they were all messed up. We asked for boxes multiple times and never got them. I was there last night for a dbl birthday.. 1st time there. Worst service ever! Not a pleasant experience
This place has an absolute wonderful atmosphere and the fact that they make their own brews makes it have great potential. However, the servers seemed to be very unorganized and very inattentive. They could have sold more drinks had they offered us refills. My friends and I waited atleast 45 mins for 2 servers to bring 24 guests their tabs on a slow Monday night.
