This company & it's employes offer great customer service. I called STEAM MASTER CLEANING and received same day service. I moved to SA into a rental property and the carpets were still dirty with stains from the last tenant. I would ask for Bryan Davenport as your technician because right away he knew what treatment to use for each stain. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! THE COMPANY CAME OUT ON SATURDAY AND CALLED ME ON MONDAY THAT MY CREDIT CARD "HADN'T GONE THROUGH", I CHECKED MY BANK AND IT SHOWED 2 PENDING TRANS. (OVER $500 EACH) THEN THE REPRESENTATIVE ACCUSED ME OF NOT HAVING THE FUNDS AVAILABLE AND THATS WHY HE DIDNT GET PAID. Great knowledge of carpets and high standards of quality, nothing was left unfinished. The carpet looked noticeably better. I've used other cleaning companies over the years and Steam Master is Superior! The stain removal was excellent and the carpets smell so fresh and clean.
