This company & it's employes offer great customer service. I called STEAM MASTER CLEANING and received same day service. I moved to SA into a rental property and the carpets were still dirty with stains from the last tenant. I would ask for Bryan Davenport as your technician because right away he knew what treatment to use for each stain. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! THE COMPANY CAME OUT ON SATURDAY AND CALLED ME ON MONDAY THAT MY CREDIT CARD "HADN'T GONE THROUGH", I CHECKED MY BANK AND IT SHOWED 2 PENDING TRANS. (OVER $500 EACH) THEN THE REPRESENTATIVE ACCUSED ME OF NOT HAVING THE FUNDS AVAILABLE AND THATS WHY HE DIDNT GET PAID. Excellent Carpet and Tile Cleaning in San Antonio This is the second time I have had my carpet cleaning done in San Antonio by Steam Master Carpet Cleaning and it was well worth it. I have 2 kids, 4 dogs and a lot of friends so our carpet gets high traffic. I had some pretty bad pet urine stains and bad odor and they were able to lift them right out.
