The service was meh . Feeling a bit scammed. First , I spoke with Jay on the phone and made an appointment. He and Frank showed up early and without any notice. Not a huge issue except that I had to rush to get items off the carpets. 2. We agreed on the price. It was more than what other companies quoted; however, I felt comfortable paying the agreed amount because Jay mentioned several times that he’d come back if the service was not to my satisfaction. Jay from Steam Kleen Markham thoroughly answered all my questions and unlike the other companies, I was actually talking to the person who'd be doing the work. Jay came with his helper and did exactly what he said he'd do. He dry cleaned my sofa, love seat, sofa chair and 6 dining room chairs. As an added bonus he cleaned both front door mats for free. I didn't ask he just did it. I found Jay to be very personable and helpful. I will definitely be calling him again in the future to do my duct cleaning.
I had Jay and his team come to a newly purchased home to clean our air ducts, dryer vent, washroom fans and carpet. They provide many more services apart from what I opted into. On arrival Jay pointed out additional services or things to note and look for overtime with the home I did opt into getting the grout cleaned in the kitchen and front lobby. He was courteous and professional, explaining each step so I knew what to expect next. I would recommend him and will give him a call when we need cleaning services once more!
We recently had a red wine spill on our couch. Thankfully, Jay came to our rescue! He was prompt, professional, and incredibly courteous from the moment they arrived. Jay assessed the stain and using advanced steam cleaning technology, he meticulously worked on our couch, not only removing the stubborn wine stain but also rejuvenating the entire upholstery.
