Jay and his team is top notch. Jay helped me with a number of jobs - steam cleaning limestone main floor. This is the tile with the many pockets of natural rivets/grooves and the stone was dirty to the point where it was black. Jay came in at a reasonable price and cleaned everything, floor looked fantastic after - basement flood. Carpet is finished with carpet and it all got wet with flood.
