Not a first time user - as always - available at my convenience. They 2 man crew was respectful of our floors and wore shoe covers. They cleaned our furniture and were done in under an hour. The lead person told me what to expect for drying time so I was ready for that.
As always the guys were professional and did a great job getting at the stains. This is the reason I keep hiring Steam Green.
