Steam Fresh Carpet Care did an excellent job on our carpets! Ken responded quickly after I asked for a quote. He was so personable and conscientious, calling the next day to see how everything was. So happy with both the work and the customer service. I only wish ALL companies would treat their customers this way!

The technician I first spoke with provided excellent information about the process, which I found extremely helpful in my decision to use Steam Fresh over other companies. The process went exactly as described and my carpets turned out looking great! The technician was on time, efficient, thorough (there were some pesky spots that he spent time to successfully remove), and totally professional. I highly recommend Steam Fresh Carpet Care!
I am very happy with this carpet cleaning company's service. The technician was very friendly and did a great job on the very dirty carpet. I will definitely use them again. I would also recommend them to my friends, family, and business associates.
The technicians with steam fresh carpet are absolutely fantastic. They are personable and very professional. Also they show human compassion. I lost a dog and they had to clean up after. They were sympathic and I liked the personal touch. Carpets were beautiful after cleaning. I plan to always use them.
The techs that came out were awesome, they even got some spots out that were there prior to our move in that we did not think would come out. 10/10 will call these guys for our carpet cleaning needs again!
