We love this service and have used them for years to take care of carpet stains from pets, children and all the spills that accompany a busy life. They are very responsive and the technician is always very professional, helpful and friendly. The results are amazing - it's hard to believe the before and after! We called Steam Fresh Carpet Care to clean our very dirty carpet that was full of pet and kid spots. We didn’t have much hope for the best results since we waited longer than we should have. Danny did a fantastic job and was very professional plus showed the utmost care for our home. He even got out a couple of spots that the last company couldn’t. Easy scheduling, prompt arrival, great work! They get 5 stars on everything. Highly recommend.
