Steam Doc cleaned the carpet before we moved in 2 years ago and came back to clean today! The carpet looked so good we have prolonged replacing it for 1 more year!
Great cleaning done on my 20 year old carpet! Spots disappeared that no one ekse had ever removed, and one king mattress was very thoroughly cleaned. Al arrived early and patiently waited for me to get there. Attitude was upbeat and very courteous. Great prices with their special rate plus my extra areas. Still looking good after a week. He arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment and did an awesome job and was friendly and professional during his time at my home. I requested a business card so I can use them yearly. Steam Doc is great. From scheduling to the completed job. Al was very professional and polite. He was right on time and did an excellent job. Got the wrinkles out and the carpet cleaned up beautifully. He is a pleasant young man! I would definitely use them again and request Al for the job.
