Very Responsive and trustworthy company
The customer service is amazing and staff is very kind. However, after two trips we still have bad pet smells. We had the carpet installed less than 2 years ago but had a dog frequent accidents upstairs for a couple months before having someone come out. We treated the areas with spot cleaning before having someone come out. In addition the rest of my carpet smells off after about a month. It's 2 year old carpet and now smells really dirty.
