This company came to my house less than 48 hours ago and charge me $700 for equipment rental less than 30 hours after I received the equipment they showed up at my doorstep with the police department to get the equipment But these are thieves please do not do business with these people because they are nothing but thieves!

If you're searching for "professional", this wouldn't be my choice for carpet cleaning and I learned my lesson today. My title for this review would be appropriately called "Lost in Translation" because the office staff and crew aren't able to communicate with the customer. I didn't receive calls or notifications of any kind that the technicians were running late. Not just a bit late, but an hour or more late.
