Pros: The company worked directly with my progressive insurance to submit a claim for repairs. Allowed me to pay my deductible in multiple payments Cons: Staff seemed weirdly judgemental. My fiancé and I both have alternative styles and had some weird interactions with their front desk staff + the oldest worker they had actually working on my property. We hired S &B Restoration services after we had a fire in our building. JOHN and the whole staff was terrific they helped us out so much when we really needed it. They did an excellent job on everything. The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire this crew again.
