Just got my carpet cleaned and they did an amazing job! I would also like to add that their prices are what they say it is plus tax. Others I have gotten quotes from says one price but once you sign up it's double the price! I will use them again after winter!
I had seen a Facebook ad for Steam-A-Way Carpet Cleaning and contacted them right away on messenger. The response was quick, the representative was so customer friendly. The cleaners showed up this morning with happy upbeat personalities, nice young men! They explained everything they were going to do before they started. While they were cleaning the fragrance was hitting my office and smelled so refreshing! The end results were very satisfactory, I will use them again and again!! Thank you for a job well done!! I moved into an apartment that was FULL and I mean FULL of dog urine and fecal matter. Another local company refused me service due to lack of ability to get the job done. Steam a way came within a few days and didn’t even hesitate to get the job completely done. Majority of bad stains were gone and the smell was like brand new. Not to mention their customer service is amazing. I highly recommend using them. I truly believe there isn’t a job too little or too big for them.
I have used Steam a Way for over 15 years because they are so friendly, do great work, my carpet smells great, they use safe products and they are reliable. I think they are very affordable as well. Thank you for also getting out red ink, red wine, slime, mascara. ha all those things that life brings to our carpets. :)
