I contacted six companies for estimates to remove attic insulation, air seal and sanitize the attic, and blow in new insulation to R49 specs. Air-Tight's estimate was in the middle of the pack. Justin Wolfe, owner and CEO of Air-Tight LLC, gave me an estimate over the phone, answered every one of my follow up questions, and scheduled my work within the week. I have to agree with another commenter on the cigarette butts. I’m still finding them in my shrubs. Anyway, my attic was insulated in mid-September when the weather was still warm. After the first frost I noticed a HUGE “L” shape on my roof where there is apparently no insulation!!! After several unanswered calls and text messages to the owner, I must say to run, don’t walk, away from this company!!!
The process from start to finish was great. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of insulation.
Very fair price and very professional installation of the insulation in my attick. Went above and beyond.
