I’m only leaving this review to point out the owner is too stupid to realize that the other review is saying after their one order and this company failing to fill the required form they would no longer order. Your response makes you look like an idiot. I wouldn’t want anything to do with some like this. Especially in regard to aerospace materials. Didn’t the incorrect washer cause a huge issue with a space shuttle?
The Sales Team is faceless and impersonal, they were totally uncooperative in helping us with conforming to FAA requirements with vendor surveys, by not even agreeing to fill out a simple form. Without this quality compliance they are no longer approved vendors. As a result we have not ordered from them in over a year.
