My first time in Philly so I had to try their cheesesteaks. The portions here are huge and well worth the price. I had a cheesesteak with marinara and mushrooms and an Italian hoagie. Both were delicious! The food is good but service was lacking - took 30 minutes to get the cheesesteak sandwich after ordering, and I went to check on the Italian 10 min after. They said they wrapped it up to go and accidentally put it in another to-go order. Didn’t get my hoagie until about an hour after I ordered.
You have to include this place on your search for an amazing cheesesteak!!!! Seeded rolls packed with lots of meat and covered with Cooper Sharp. Their fries are crispy and super tasty. Bonus that they always have crisp Dr Pepper in the fridge too. One of my favorite place to go for lunch during a stressful work day.
Very cool spot. Was visiting the museum from NJ with my son and stopped by. Atmosphere was fun, had little games to play at the table while we waited. Food was excellent, portions were generous. It was a great way to end our day visitng this beautiful town. Loaded fries were great and could feed 2 people. I had the pastrami sandwich which was delicious. First detail I note for a sandwich is the bread and I was impressed immediately .
Wow, don’t pass up on this one! The absolute best cheesesteak I’ve ever had Mushrooms, onions, and cheese! I also had the real potato fries that were fresh cut today and a turkey special that was amazing! Jackie is doing all the right things in this spot! Thank you!
Went here a few months ago and still think about the cheesesteak I had. I need to return one day. The cheesesteak was meaty and the bread was delicious. One of the better cheesesteaks in the area.
