I tried the cheesesteak and the tallow fries. The fries were great paired with the house made ketchup. The steak sandwich was good not great, their take on using premium meat for a classic Philly sandwich. IMO steak sandwiches are best with chipped steak, not hunks.
This place is absolutely incredible
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really impressed with Steak Shop by Rancher’s Reserve. The food was excellent, everything tasted fresh and high quality, and the portions were solid. I also love that they use grass-fed beef from their own farm. What really stood out to me is that they cook everything in tallow — which is so hard to find and really important to me. They also sell raw milk, which was another huge plus. Service was friendly and on point too. So glad I found this place — definitely my new go-to spot in the neighborhood.
Beyond amazing !! Must visit ! Just moved to town ! Think I am addicted already! Have to try the wings !
