After ordering $62 worth of food for a picnic lunch, I met the delivery guy for pick up. He forgot the drinks. When I got to the picnic area to unload the food, there were no eating utensils. Lesson learned, do not tip the driver until you check every bag to make sure you have what you ordered. The time spent for most of our lunch hour was spent driving back to a grocery store to buy drinks and eating utensils. Food was cold by the time we could quickly eat it. Hands down this is my favorite restaurant for both pick up and delivery service! The steak is always fresh, hot, deliciously seasoned and cooked exactly as I ordered it. The chicken sandwiches are fantastic too. My “go-to” for family celebrations at home, romantic Valentine’s dinner at home, or just needing a great and healthy dinner after a hard day at work. I’ve gotten all my friends, family, and corporate clients hooked on Steak-Out too. Thanks Steak-Out!!y

I love Steak-Out, but what’s the point of putting an online ordering option on your website if I have to call the store to pay with a credit card? It’s the internet…the main (and I would argue, only) form of payment used on the internet is CC. So dumb.

This was my second visit to Athens,Alabama Steak Out. During my first visit, the overall vibe felt off, but I decided to give the location another chance. Unfortunately, on my second visit I was served a steak that was partly raw. After learning that this location is corporate-owned, I felt it was important to share my experience, as this seems like an issue that should be addressed at a higher level.
