Food was really good. They’re always very nice.
We both ordered the small steak tips meal. The lettuce on the salads was wilted so neither of us ate them and some of the steak was tough and unable to bite. We were both a bit disappointed.
I just met the new GM for this Steakout location and he is amazing! Lakota delivered our food personally! He stepped in and stepped up to help his staff on a busy Friday night. That’s true leadership. The young lady who took my order over the phone was extremely kind and extremely pleasant. Every time I come down from Nashville to visit my family here in Alabama, I always order from this Steakout. They are always so nice and professional and make the best food! Love it! Keep up the hard work Lakota!
Great food and great place
Apparently the ranch dressing has changed to a more watery dressing. I always loved the grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing, but this time I had to throw it away. Bring the other dressing back please. Also the employees were saying they were all new and didn’t know what to do.
