We got free food but we waited forever and it was still pretty cold. I mean you would think if u got free food it would be good and fresh ehhh think again! But I love steak and shake just depends on what time and which one.
FOUND A MEDIUM LENGTH DARK HAIR IN MY SANDWICH! GROSS! I will NEVER go there again 😡 like, it got in my mouth which is how I found it. DISGUSTING!
There were 6 of us. The dining room wasn’t busy what so ever, we were there for 20 minutes and still have not been greeted. Our nephew asked when we were going to be waited on and the girl told him she doesn’t even know who was on the floor. A two top came in rift after that and got waited on immediately. We left immediately right along w a 8 top. This place already closes at 11pm due to no 3rd shift workers. The whole place needs shut down. TERRIBLE ! Will NEVER go back there again. RecommendedSimply amazing shakes , quite possibly the best we've ever had this side of the pond or in the U.K. Burgers were to die for as well !!!! Service was 1st class an lovely friendly servers. And amazing value into the bargain. Here for another fortnight an will def be back. Loved the old American diner vibe going on too.... 5 stars
