Places an order on line for a pick up ... my husband called to let them know he was there ... after the 4th attempt they answered and instructed him to go through the drive through to pick up his order !!! The line was 6 cars deep and another 30 min wait . Once he got to the window he asked if his food had been ready this whole time. They answered, “it’s been under a heat lamp” ! manager said they were short staffed that’s why they couldn’t run the order out. Never again !
went in ordered food . Manager when to bathroom. came out smelling is dry hands. Another guy was digging in his nose got money back . iam good
2 people in line in front of me have left and I’d do the same if I wasn’t waiting to see how long it actually takes to get through this drive thru. 20 minutes for 2 cars to put their orders in, and still waiting. This is ridiculous.
this steak n shake has gone way down hill, there were only 4 cars in the drive thru I'm front of me and it took 38 minutes to get to the window and mind you their dining room is closed. my burger bun was cold and seemed like they just took it out of the freezer. nasty. I will not be returning.
they are the worst place. the manager was an utter motheryard, the food sucks and is questionably healthy...and the employees were a bunch of motherugly idiots...the health department needs to investigate, throw everyone out, and shut that place down!!!
Extremely rude and disrespectful and it was a manager I’m a Doordasher and I’ll never accept a steak and shake order ever again at least not from here. Also I’m going to be filing a complaint as well and calling corporate headquarters
this place was the worst fast food place I have ever been to, and it was my first time. I've always heard good things about steak and shake and I was so disappointed. waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get our food, on top of that when my boyfriend asked for the manager the employee that ran the food out said that the manager didn't wanna come out hahah how unprofessional. asked him if everything was in the bag, he replies "idk" I just run the food. well someone that has been in the food business 5+ years, doesnt matter ... read more
not friendly to truck drivers at all they're rude and hang up when you call to place order
