Its excellent customer service and excellent food
I visited SM44ATL on February 14, 2026, and unfortunately, the experience was far from worth it. To start, the parking situation is absolutely atrocious. If you don’t use valet, you’re basically on your own—good luck finding a spot anywhere nearby. What really made things worse was the pricing. I paid $300 upfront for a reservation for two, only to be hit with multiple additional fees that brought the total to an outrageous $536.75—for just two hours of seating.
