I was excited to receive my Steak Locker. However when I used it water was coming out of the door. After several calls to the technician no repair was done. I finally took the unit apart and resealed the drain pan. Not satisfied and no replacement nor repair was offered. I made a mistake in the purchase and thought they would replace it.
Our restaurant was one of the first to receive this Steak Locker. We are very satisfied with the unit and the service provided.
