I used to make subs for Cousins Subs back when they had a grill and they had a pretty good cheese steak. Later they started using a microwave and their subs went downhill. I started coming here when it was fairly new and the cheese steaks were really good. The lettuce was fresh/crisp it was a pretty good place. Went there today paid $27 for 2 subs and a sm.fry and it was a absolutely terrible. They hardly put any lettuce on and what they did put on was completely mushy. Came on a Saturday night, there was low key a rush and had to wait a little, around 10 minutes. But was totally worth it, food was amazing, and so were the cooks if you know what I mean. It has been year since i had steak escape but really happy I decided to go with it tonight. Definitely will be back.
Rajin' Cajun is the absolute best sub! It's not close! ***Edit*** Pic added was me giving praise! 4+ hr drive to closest Steak Escape for me!!! I went out of my way home to get it in Madison, WI!!!!
Ordered a steak burrito today. Or should I say a rice burrito terrible hardly any meat. Took it back and they said thats what we get dont waste your money 11 dollars for rice and vegetables
